Subject matter also includes a deep dive into using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and many other tools in your day-to-day job functions. 

A significant focus of the curriculum is on understanding and utilizing information technology tools and systems that support business process improvement. This includes learning about Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. Students explore how these systems can integrate various functions of an organization, streamline operations, and provide real-time data for decision-making. 

Another crucial area covered is the analysis and mapping of business processes. Students learn techniques for modeling business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and determining areas for improvement. This often involves the use of specific software tools for process mapping and analysis, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools. 

The program also delves into data analysis and decision-making. Students are taught how to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions about process improvements. This includes training in statistical analysis, data visualization, and the use of data analytics tools.

Change management is a key component, where students learn strategies for managing organizational change associated with process improvements. This includes understanding the human factors in process improvement, such as leadership, team dynamics, and communication strategies necessary for successful implementation of new processes.
