Robotics and the IoT

This program teaches you the basics of Robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT) through a series of hands-on robot building projects. Start with lessons on basic electronics, associated tools, and equipment. Then, progress into building your robots while learning the basics of robot operating systems, robotic drives, and associated physics. To program, control, and interact with your robots, you will learn how to utilize two popular, credit card sized computers: Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

Begin your studies with Arduino Programming and Hardware Fundamentals, Motor Controls Fundamentals, Mechanical Systems Fundamentals, PLC Fundamentals, Robotics Fundamentals, Manufacturing Processes & Sciences Overview (4 Part Series with various fundamentals including but not limited to Applied and Engineering Sciences, Manufacturing Process Applications, Fluid Systems, Machine Tools and Operations, Welding Processes, Additive Manufacturing, CNC Machines, Circuits & Magnetism, Control Devices, Distribution Systems, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Components, Fluid Conductors, High-Speed Machining), Robot Framework Test Automation (Selenium), Robotics Operating System (ROS), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and more. You'll also have the opportunity to choose from over 300 electives including but not limited to:

Robotics:
