Our Staffing & Placement services leverage our Education & Training services and Technology & Worldwide Integration services - in order to find experienced, upskilled candidates who help your companies succeed. VE works to fill your company's open positions, as well as get trained candidates back into the workforce quickly.
AdvantEDGE Fee Protection
- Our unique scheduled payment option allows companies to spread direct placement fee payments over 12 months, protecting you from paying a full fee if the candidate leaves or is not a fit for the company. This level of protection and security is unmatched.
- Our standard direct placement fee option includes a no-charge replacement or a refund if a candidate separates from employment within 90 days of their start date.
- All of our Indirect (Contract) labor comes with a 2-week guarantee. If a candidate doesn't work out within the first two weeks, you'll pay us nothing.
AdvantEDGE Flexibility
- Need short term resources on a part time basis? We offer part time, on-demand resources. No need to commit to 40 hours per week or other specific durations. We're here when you need us.
- Do you have a candidate that you found but need someone to W2 them? We can help.
AdvantEDGE Support
- All candidates have access to continued education in our Licensed Post-Secondary Education Institution, no additional charge to you or the candidate.
- All direct hires come with 12 months of free access to classes offered through our school. Every Visible Edge contractor has unlimited access to our training facility and is backed by our entire technical support team, even our instructors and IT support.
