Throughout the training program, students are taught industry-standard skills and tools used by major discreet manufacturers and product development companies. Core SolidWorks courses include an introduction to SolidWorks, Parts and Assemblies, Drawings, Efficient Modeling and Design Intent, Composer, eDrawings, Parts & Drawings CAD Drills, Advanced Parts, Model Based Definition (MBD), Advanced Assemblies & Assembly CAD Drills, Sheetmetal & Weldments, Surfacing, Advanced Surface Modeling, Surfacing CAD Drills, Mold Tools, Plastic Design, Mold Design CAD Drills, CSWA Practice Exams, SolidWorks: Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) Preparation, and special project work to create a portfolio.

Many CAD “Guru’s” end up becoming CAD System Administrators so we have put together a group of electives that will give you the tools to meet that challenge, if you so wish. Topics include Windows Operating System (OS) Fundamentals, CompTIA, advanced computer hardware and configuration concepts, Advanced Windows Performance Troubleshooting, Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, Security Awareness Training for Employees, and Microsoft applications.
