Refund Policy

Refund Policy [Programs]

Students who withdraw or are terminated from the program will receive refunds in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 255, Section 13K.

Refunds will be calculated as follows:

  Time of Withdrawal   Refund Amount
  Before program begins   100% refund of tuition and fees
  During the first quarter1 of the program   75% of tuition refunded
  During the second quarter of the program   50% of tuition refunded
  During the third quarter of the program   25% of tuition refunded
  After completion of three quarters   No refund

The school may retain a reasonable administrative fee not to exceed $50 or 5% of tuition, whichever is less.

Materials and Supplies

Books, equipment, supplies, and materials that have been issued to the student and not returned in new condition are non-refundable.
Any refundable materials must be returned within 10 days of withdrawal.
Software subscriptions are non-refundable.

Determination of Withdrawal Date

The student’s withdrawal date will be determined by the earliest of the following:

  1. The date the student notifies the school of withdrawal.
  2. The last date the student attended classes.
  3. The date the school determines the student has ceased attendance.

School Cancellation
If the school cancels a program or course prior to the program start date, the student will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid.
If a program is cancelled after it begins, the school will either:

    • • Provide a pro-rated refund, or
    • • Provide the student the opportunity to complete the program at a later date.

 
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the student's withdrawal or termination date.
