They will also learn about Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM tools, and digital marketing software used throughout the sales and marketing industries. Through these CRM tools, students gain experience learning how to segment customer, track customer interactions, enhance the customer experience, leverage social media platforms, and market with email marketing.

Students may also choose to take elective courses in negotiation tactics, closing techniques, product marketing, B2B vs. B2C sales, advertising, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), e-commerce, event marketing, financial analysis, budgeting, and beyond.

By the end of the Sales & Marketing Management training program, students will have an increased knowledge on how to lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, make data-driven decisions, and foster a culture of strategic thinking within their organization.
