Our Human Resources (HR) Technologies training program equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary for managing an organization's workforce effectively.

The program begins with an introduction to the fundamentals of Human Resources, covering the history and evolution of the field and the role of HR in today's business environment. Students also learn about recruitment and selection - exploring courses in job analysis, sourcing candidates, selection methods, and the legal aspects of hiring.

Training and development is another critical component of our Human Resources Technologies program, focusing on how to assess training needs, design and implement training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

The program covers compensation and benefits - teaching students about salary structures, incentive plans, benefits administration, and compliance with related laws. Employee relations is another key subject, exploring topics like employee rights, labor relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment. 

Students may also choose to dive into Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and many other tools to streamline and optimize day-to-day job functions.  

Depending on your chosen elective courses, your program may include topics like diversity and inclusion, HR technology, international HR management, ethical issues in HR, performance management, the evolving nature of the workforce and workplace, and the impact of globalization on HR practices.

Students may also choose to take their Microsoft skills to the next level with beginner-to-advanced Microsoft courses including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, Visio, Lists, and beyond.

This program also focuses on acquiring certifications from industry leading organizations including but not limited to SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, aPHR, PHR, SPHR & GPHR - in order to improve employment marketability, modernize your skills, and strengthen your resume.
