Our Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) course will introduce you to three areas of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles. Topics covered will include Introduction to Design for Manufacturing, Design for Additive Manufacturing and Design for Machining. Topics include information and objectives, the design process, material and packaging considerations, how to minimize assembly components, using modular design, tolerance analysis, component design, optimizing the assembly, rules and more.
