Training Registration, accommodations, payment and cancellation information

  • Company name
  • Course name
  • Course date
  • Training Center Location
  • Payment Method

Payment
Once a student has registered by phone for a class, they are scheduled for that class pending receipt of a hard-copy purchase order, credit card, check, or money order for the full amount within:

  • Five business days, if the registration is done more than 10 business days prior to the course starting date.
  • Two business days, if the registration is done within 10 business days of the course starting date. If payment arrangements are not completed within the specified time period, a seat in the class will not be guaranteed
Cancellation
A student may cancel registration in a course and receive a full refund by providing Visible Edge written notification of cancellation on or before 11 business days prior to the course starting date. Because of the limited number of seats available for each course, the full cost of the course will be charged for any course cancellation made less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course. Visible Edge reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate courses on or before 6 business days prior to the start of the course. Any payment made for a cancelled course will be refunded in full or applied to another course.

Travel and Accommodations
Travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of each student. Upon registration confirmation, a packet containing hotel information and directions will be provided. For your convenience we have included links to lodging in the Nashua, NH area along with links to the Manchester Airport web site and Logan Airport web site.

On-Site Courses
In some cases, it may be more advantageous for the client to have training courses conducted on-site. To receive further information for on-site training in the U.S, contact Training Registration at (888) VIS-EDGE or (603) 595-1422. Prices for on-site courses do not include travel and lodging expenses, which are the customer's responsibility.
